FAQ

Five questions asked most often

If your question isn't here — bring it to the strategic session. It's a working first meeting, not a sales call.

  • 01How is this different from coaching and HR consulting?

Coaching runs on the frame «you have the answers — I'll help draw them out». HR consulting is about processes, policies, regulations. Here it's clinical psychology plus 15 years as an HR Director and 5 years as a COO: we speak the language of business but work with what lies beneath — relationships, motivation, roles. If coaching or HR consulting alone would have helped — you'd already have hired them.

  • 02I don't want to dig into myself — can I just commission a team audit?

Yes. The team audit (light or extended) is a standalone product. On the strategic session we decide whether personal work with you is needed or whether work with the team is enough. Often the latter is.

  • 03How is confidentiality ensured?

It's the baseline condition. Client and company names aren't published — even on this site, cases are composite only. Inside an audit, what reaches the owner and what stays between me and a team member is agreed in advance, before interviews. Nothing crosses without explicit agreement.

  • 04How much does it cost and why?

One hour of individual work — from USD 300; session packages — from USD 1,200; team audits — from USD 7,500 for the light version and from USD 25,000 for the extended one. The price reflects not «an hour of talking» but preparation, interviews, observation, and analysis. Full ranges on the «Pricing» page.

  • 05We don't have «a personal problem» — we need to level up the team. Is that you?

Yes, if you have a team of up to 500 people and issues like hidden conflicts, blurred roles, dropping engagement, fragmentation after restructuring. If you're looking for team-building with ropes or a templated soft-skills training — this isn't the place, and I'll say so honestly on the strategic session.

Exact cost is discussed during the strategy session.
