Product · 1:1
One-on-one work with the owner — for those blocked not by the market or the product, but by their own state, relationships and decisions. Hourly format or a package of sessions — chosen after the diagnostics in the strategic session.

It used to pull you forward; now you have to push yourself.
Enough information. Not enough clarity.
No one to discuss what's inside — not what's on the board.
You want one thing and do another.
It's your state, relationships and decisions.
How this is different
We don't dig into «childhood traumas» for the sake of «childhood traumas». The psychological frame is a working tool; the conversation stays about the company, the team and decisions. Therapeutic depth — only where it actually affects management.
Coaching operates within «you have the answers — let's pull them out». Here it's different: 15 years of operational management and HR practice make it possible to see the management context and speak about it in the language of business, not just to ask open questions.
Formats
Sessions on request, no commitment on volume. Fits when you need flexibility or one-off work on a specific point.
4, 8 or 12 sessions on a regular schedule — usually once a week. Fits when there's a request for longer-term support and a steady rhythm.
Exact cost is discussed during the strategy session.

How work begins
A short message: context, the request, a convenient time. Reply within 1–2 working days.
A paid first meeting. Diagnostics of the request, hypotheses about the causes, recommendations on the format of further work. A working result already here — not a sales call.
If the request fits 1:1 — you choose hourly or a package. If it doesn't — I'll say honestly that the right format is something else: a team audit, group sessions, or a different specialist.
A similar case
A paid 60–90 minute meeting. Diagnostics of the request, hypotheses about the causes of the misfires, recommendations on format. No free consultations, no sales calls.
