Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This Policy explains what data is processed when you use this website, for what purposes and on what legal grounds. The data controller is Ekaterina Buyan, working as a self-employed professional.

It is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind, and — for visitors in Russia — Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

  1. 01

    What data is processed

The site is informational and contains no submission forms. Personal data is not requested directly through the site.

    • Anonymous visit statistics. The site uses Vercel Analytics — a cookieless analytics service. It collects aggregated data about page views, device type and region, and cannot identify an individual visitor.
    • Technical hosting data. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically logs the IP address, browser type and request time — necessary for the operation and security of the site.
    • Data you provide voluntarily. If you write via the Telegram links on the site, what you send yourself is processed: your name or username, contact and the content of your message.
  2. 02

    Purposes of processing

    • Operating and securing the site.
    • Understanding which pages visitors read, in order to improve the material.
    • Responding to your messages and arranging further work if you reach out for services.
  3. 03

    Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (use of the site and voluntary contact), the controller's legitimate interest in operating the site, and — for clients — the performance of a service agreement.

  4. 04

    Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies and shows no advertising. Analytics runs without cookies. For this reason there is no cookie consent banner.

  5. 05

    Sharing with third parties

The controller does not sell data and does not share it with third parties for advertising. Only the services that keep the site and communication running are involved:

    • Vercel — site hosting and analytics. Servers may be located outside Russia, including in the United States and the EU.
    • Telegram — the communication channel, if you choose to write. Telegram's own privacy policy applies to that correspondence.
  6. 06

    Retention

Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregated form for the period set by the analytics service. Correspondence and enquiry data are kept only as long as needed to respond and work on the request, then deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

  7. 07

    Your rights

You have the right to learn what data about you is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, write via Telegram: @Buyan_Katya. Requests are handled within the time frames set by law.

  8. 08

    Confidentiality of consultations

The content of meetings and consultations is protected by the professional ethics of a psychologist and is not part of the site's data. Client and company names are never published, and the cases on the site are anonymized and composite. This is a baseline condition of the work.

  9. 09

    Changes to this policy

This Policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
