Light audit
Express diagnostics for a team up to 8 people. A series of 1:1 interviews + one session with the whole team, a short report, and one debrief meeting with the owner.
Product · Team
For owners who feel things are getting harder with the people but can no longer see what exactly from the inside. Two directions: an audit (external diagnostics — light in a week, extended over 3–4 weeks) and group work with the team (a series of sessions or an offsite).
Submit a requestWhy teams come
Regular communication failures, end-runs straight to the owner, quiet coalitions.
Everyone agrees in the meeting. After the meeting, each one understood it differently.
No one knows whose decision it is. Doubles, gaps, things being passed around. Often — after a restructure, when roles changed and zones didn't.
The team works, but without fire. Tasks get closed formally, initiative is shrinking.
Strong candidate, the paper version fit. But the team didn't let them in — and no one says aloud why.
Strategy works, product is solid, growth runs into the team.
Audit — view from outside
Express diagnostics for a team up to 8 people. A series of 1:1 interviews + one session with the whole team, a short report, and one debrief meeting with the owner.
Deep diagnostics for a team of any size. A series of 1:1 interviews + observation of team dynamics, a detailed report with recommendations, several debrief meetings with the owner.
What every audit covers
How people actually talk, where contact gets stuck, what's discussed off the record.
What keeps people in the team, what burns them out, who is on the verge of leaving.
Who is actually responsible for what, where roles overlap, where nobody owns it.
What hasn't broken yet but will. Where organisational debt has piled up.
What you get from the audit
A document based on interviews and observations. Concrete, no filler, no general musings.
Who is the pain point, what's wrong with it, what keeps it stuck.
What to change first, what second, and what not to touch at all.
Group work — from inside the team
Regular meetings with the team — in the office or online. We work at the team's rhythm: one topic per session, with observation and reinforcement in real work between sessions.
One or two days away from the office. Fits when you need to pull the team out of the daily flow and address a critical point in a short window — a role conflict, a restart after restructuring, alignment on strategy.
Exact cost is discussed during the strategy session.
See price rangesHow group work is different
No ropes, quests or «bonding» exercises. We work with what actually stops the team from agreeing — instead of producing an artificial shared experience.
No off-the-shelf programmes on «how to give feedback» or «how to listen actively». Topics and exercises are assembled for the specific team — built on the material of its own tensions and decisions.
An outside facilitator just holds the agenda. Here — a psychological frame plus 15 years of operational management: we see what's happening under the words, and we speak in terms of the business consequences.

How work begins
A short message: context, team size, what isn't aligning right now. Reply within 1–2 working days.
60–90 minutes with the owner (or the owner and 1–2 key participants). We clarify what needs to be worked through and in what format — audit, group work, or a combination.
Format, topics, rhythm, participants. Not a shelf template — the programme is built for the specific team and the specific task.

How the work is set up
One-on-one conversations stay between the expert and the team member. The report carries a picture of the dynamics, not a retelling of who said what. The team speaks openly — so the picture is accurate.
First, a paid 60–90 minute meeting: together we determine whether an audit is needed and in what format. Work begins when the format genuinely fits the task.
